So very sorry to hear of his loss. My mother Donna served with him on the Monroe BOE for many years and was very fond of him. I remember his wonderful sense of humor and smile. Thoughts and prayer to his wife and entire family and friends during this most difficult time.

What a wonderful legacy he left. He was always the educator. I learned so much from him in working in Finance for Salem County while he served. He gave his time tireously and would plow through and solve issues with a smooth finesse. It was a pleasure to have known him. Prayers to all and know he is smiling down on us all.
