Benjamin David White, 48, of Goshen, passed away at his residence on Sunday, February 1, 2026.

He was born on December 6, 1977, in Maryland, to Phillip Mott White and Sherry Ann White. Ben later married his best friend, Joanna Shisler, in Oregon in 2007, beginning a life full of adventure.

Ben was preceded in death by his father.

He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Joanna White of Goshen; his mother, Sherry White; his brother, Jeremiah (Johneen) White; and his sister, Rye Perryman of Pennsylvania; along with his nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind many friends who will deeply miss his steady presence and kind spirit.

Ben supported his family and their ministry by working as a handyman. He was known for his ability to fix or build just about anything. He enjoyed tinkering and working with his hands, always finding satisfaction in helping others with their projects and needs. His faith was the cornerstone of his life. He was a devoted member of the Bonneyville Mill Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses, where he was dedicated to the ministry, loved sharing his faith, and spent countless hours teaching Bible truths to others. His gentle nature, quick wit and sense of humor, and his ability to give comfort and advice at just the right moment left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.

Ben will be remembered for his quiet strength, generous heart, and unwavering devotion to his family, his friends, and his God, Jehovah.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. (EST) at the Bristol Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 53505 County Road 27, Bristol, Indiana 46507.
