Bentley Fish Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Hood Funeral Home & Crematory on Jan. 20, 2026.
Bentley Lane Fish, cherished son of Spencer Fish and Blake Fish (Stone), was born on February 2, 2022. He was surrounded by love every moment of his life.

Bentley is survived by his devoted parents, his adoring grandparents, Josh and Cassie Stone, Jason Fish, and Jody Fish (Blaylock); his great-grandparents, Cathy Lewis, Roy and Glenda Blaylock, Jim and Carla Cox, and Martha Fish. He was also deeply loved by his aunts, Courtney Fish and Gracie Jo Stone; his uncles, Gavin and Finn Stone; and a host of cousins and extended family members.

He is preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Arlis Stone and Rockie Fish, who now welcome him into their loving embrace.

Bentley was a beautiful little boy, full of light and joy. His radiant smile could brighten any room he entered, and his laughter was infectious. Diagnosed with Dravet Syndrome, Bentley faced challenges that many could never imagine, yet his resilience and bravery inspired everyone who knew him. He never let anything dim his spirit or slow his love for life.

Bentley had an incredible way of wrapping everyone around his tiny finger. His hugs and kisses were pure magic, leaving an imprint on every heart. He loved being outdoors, where he felt most free, and his happiest moments were spent near water, splashing and playing with boundless energy.

A true fan of Toy Story, Bentley never went anywhere without his beloved Woody and Buzz by his side. The simple joys of life were his favorites, and he lived each day with a sense of wonder and adventure.

Bentley will forever be remembered for his courage, his smile, and the immeasurable love he gave and inspired. Though his time on earth was far too short, his impact on the lives of those who knew him will last a lifetime.

The visitation will be held on Wednesday January 15, 2025, from 5:00- 8:00pm. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 12:00 pm at Hood Funeral home with the burial to follow at Crossville City Cemetery.
