Mr. Benton “Benny” Bartley, age 77 of the Highland Community in Macon County, TN passed away Monday evening, September 16, 2024 at his residence. Benny is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette.

Funeral Services for Mr. Benton “Benny” Bartley will be conducted Thursday afternoon, September 19, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with Elder Mike Carver, Brother Jason Goad, & Elder Ricky Holland officiating. Interment will follow in the Bartley Family Cemetery.

Visitation will begin Wednesday morning from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and again on Thursday morning from 9:00 a.m. until service time at 3:00 p.m.

Family request memorials be made to Red Boiling Springs FFA or Sherry’s Run. You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home.

Survivors include: wife, Peggy Goad Bartley; son and daughter-in-law, Mark & Lisa Bartley all of the Highland Community; granddaughter, Alexis & husband, Allen White of the Hiwassee Community in Smith County; grandson, Jesse Bartley of the Highland Community; great-granddaughters, Elizabeth White & Baby White; sisters and brothers-in-law, Sandy & Willie West of Red Boiling Springs, Anna & Donnie Woodard of Pleasant Shade; brother-in-law, Larry & wife, Frances Goad of the Sunrise Community.
