Visitation will be from 4:00 - 6:00 pm, Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Rosary will be at 7:00 pm, Wednesday, April 23, 2025; Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am, Thursday, April 24, 2025, both at St. Cecilia Catholic Church. Graveside Service will be at 1:00 pm, Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Greenwood Cemetery - Oatville.
Preceded in death by his wife, Norma Maxine Swart; parents, Benton, Sr. and Martha Swart; brothers, Jon Francis Swart, Philip Swart; sister-in-law, Janet Swart; brother-in-law, Vincent Reed; 1 grandchild.
Survived by his sons, Victor Swart of Wichita, KS, Kevin Swart of Castalian Springs, TN; 6 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brothers, Martin "Bruce" (Tammie) Swart of Arroya, Patrick A. (Cami) Swart of Rose Hill, KS, Michael Swart of Toronto, KS, Brian (Michelle) Swart of Wichita, KS, Bradley V. (Kathy) Swart of Toronto, KS; sisters, Anita M. Reed of Shapleigh, ME, Joyce (George) Schneck of Colonial Heights, VA, Janice C. (Kent) Douglas of Augusta, KS.
