Berlinda Dawn Guelho

Berlinda Dawn Guelho, age 52, of Avoca, Pennsylvania, was called to her eternal home on Sunday, December 28, 2025.
Berlinda was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and attended Lake-Lehman High School in Lehman, Pennsylvania. Following her graduation, she returned to New Jersey, where she built her life, raised her family, and formed many cherished relationships.
Berlinda found great enjoyment in finding a good bargain, thrifting, and designing beautiful home décor. She was known for her generous heart, infectious laughter, and the way she freely gave of herself to others. Above all, Berlinda loved Jesus and lived her life rooted in a strong and unwavering Christian faith.
She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother. Berlinda is survived by her husband, Jose Fernando Guelho; her daughter, Alexa Marie Rossi; her son, Anthony Justin "AJ" Guelho; her daughter, Bella Lucia Guelho; her beloved grandson, Raphael Alexander Ortiz; and her cherished puggle, Major.
Viewing will be held on Monday, January 5th, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, followed by a funeral service on Tuesday, January 6th, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, both at Legacy Growney Funeral Home, 1070 Broad Street, Hillside, NJ 07205. Interment will follow at Graceland Memorial Park in Kenilworth, New Jersey.

Berlinda is no longer sick and is now completely healed, rejoicing in Heaven for all of eternity. Her love, laughter, and faith will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Though she is deeply missed, her family rejoices knowing she is at peace in the presence of her Savior and looks forward to the day they are reunited.
