Bernadette Wheeler, daughter of Edwin and Esther Whittington, was born on April 20, 1945, in Baltimore, Maryland. She was called home on Monday, December 8, 2025.
Bernadette attended Carver Vocational-Technical High School.
From the union of Will Jackson and Bernadette Wheeler, a son, Pierre Jackson, was born. Also from the union of Charles Wheeler and Bernadette, a son, Charles Wheeler, Jr., was born.
Bernadette Wheeler was full of love. She was called "Nanna" by all. She enjoyed cruising and hosted backyard events, to which family and friends would often attend.
Those left to cherish her memory include: two sons, Pierre and Charles; 8 grandchildren, Pierre Jr., Christopher, Candace, Nadia, Diamond, Jamie, Jasmine, Jada Jackson. Preceded, Edwin and Esther Whittington, brother and sister; Edwin, Jr, (Uncle Woody) and Pamela (Aunt Pam); one brother, Craig and Evette; and a host of relatives and friends.
