Dennis "Dino" Allen White was born on August 21, 1956, in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late Edward White Sr. and Elise White. He was a man of quiet intelligence, steady confidence, and gentle strength. Known for his calm spirit, thoughtful wisdom, and impeccable appearance, Dennis brought peace into every room. A true homebody, he valued hard work, integrity, and doing things the right way. His lighthearted humor and fair minded nature made him a natural peacemaker.

Dennis attended Mervo High School and later Dunbar High School before proudly serving in the United States Air Force. After his military service, he earned an Associate Degree in Pre-Law from Baltimore City Community College. His professional journey began in 1990 with The Legal Aid Bureau, where he advanced into a supervisory role. He later worked with his brother at Title Abstracts Inc. and eventually joined the Baltimore City Circuit Court, once again rising to a supervisory position. He served with integrity and dedication until his retirement in 2025.

In his younger years, Dennis enjoyed baseball, basketball, and football, and he remained an avid sports fan throughout his life. He also loved cooking, a passion inspired by his father and father-in-law. His meals, like his character, were made with intention and care.

In 1991, Dennis met Felicia, the love of his life. They married in 1997 and shared 28 years of partnership, joy, and unwavering support. Together they welcomed their son, Keyon. Dennis was a devoted husband, father, and provider whose love was shown through action-especially at home, where he often took charge in the kitchen and around the house. Over the years, he deepened his relationship with God and strengthened his spiritual walk.

Dennis cared deeply for his wife and children, Chandra Hubbard, Arence Williams, and Keyon White, and proudly celebrated their accomplishments. His family was his greatest joy.

He is survived by his wife, Felicia White; his daughter, Chandra Hubbard; his sons, Arence Williams and Keyon White; his brothers, Edward White (Drondell) and Gregory White; his sisters, Jacqueline White and Denise A. White; and his grandchildren, Kennai Dodson, Daniel Dodson, and Grayson Williams. He also leaves a host of nieces and nephews who will remember him with love.

He was preceded in death by his brothers George Taylor and William Taylor.
