Bernard "Bernie" P. Boyle passed away peacefully August 15, 2022 in Barrington surrounded by his loving family. He was born May 18, 1934 in Chicago to Bernard and Josie Boyle.
Bernie is survived by his wife of 60 years, Elizabeth; children, Patrice Boyle, Chris (Sabrina) Boyle, Eileen (Jerry Merkt) Boyle, Marybeth Boyle, and Joe (Amy) Boyle; grandchildren, Hailey, Elisse, Peyton, Siobhan, Kieran, Collin, Tony, and Charlotte; brother, Bill (late Mary Ellen) Boyle; sister, Catherine "Chicky" (late Ramon) Green; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Father Michael Boyle; his nephew, Timmy Green; and his parents.
Visitation will be from 10am until the funeral mass at 11:30am Saturday, August 27, at Resurrection Catholic Church, 2918 Country Club Road, Woodstock.
