Dear Quinton Family,
On behalf of the University of the District of Columbia and our predecessor institution Washington Technical Institute, we'd like to offer our deepest condolences on the passing of our dear alumnus, Bernard A. Quinton ('76). May God extend his peace and comfort to the family, and flood your heart with fond memories.
