As many others have said, Bernie was such a great person, made others feel at ease with her pleasant, personable way about her. Could not help but have a smile on your face after being around her. Was so sorry to hear the news of her passing, and my sincere condolences to the family. Rest in peace cousin. Darrell

Our deepest sympathies to your entire family. I will always remember the laughs and wonderful times our families spent together on New Years Eve, sporting events, as well as breakfasts at Todd's Café after church every Sunday. Our prayers are with Bernie and all of you.

Neil and family so sorry to hear about Bernice, I am sure she will be deeply missed. I remember so well when you both lived in Harlan on that main street and I would come and babysit for you. That was one of my first jobs. You both were always very good to me. Bernice was a lovely person and Neil and family know that she is in a better place. Please except my family and my deepest sympathy at this time. Know you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Neil & family,
Bernie was such a sweet gal! My favorite memory is the beautiful quilts & scarves she made for our fall bazaar. She was so humble, thinking they weren't nice enough, when in fact, they were very special & pretty. We are so sorry for your loss! Prayers & blessings.

Neil, Steve & I are so sorry to hear of Bernie's passing. She was always to much fun. We drove by your home in September on our way to my sister's home in Northern Minnesota, but it didn't look like anyone was home. You have our sincerest condolences. God Bless you & your Family.
