Bernice Simcoe Obituary
Bernice "Bernie Brandlee" Simcoe, 89, of Brooklyn Center passed away peacefully on Monday, July 29, 2024.She was born on May 18, 1935 to Andrew and Florence (Kolkman) Brandlee in Bristol, south Dakota. She married her husband, Bruce Simcoe on October 28, 1955.
She is survived by her four children: Laurie Lemke (Richard), Cheryl Barbur (Rod), Lisa Simcoe, Bryan Simcoe (Jean); her faithful dog Mandy, three grandchildren; Mariah (Nick), Brianna and Zachary (Amanda) and four great-grandchildren; Nolan, Kaiser, Liam and Zoe.
She is prededed in death by her parents, huband Bruce, son Danny, brother Orville Brandlee and sister Janet Anderson.
Memorial service will be Friday, August 16, 2024 at Redeemer Covenant Church, 7801 Brooklyn Blvd., Brooklyn Park, MN. 55445. Visitation at 10:00, service at 11:00 with luncheon to follow. Burial service to follow luncheon at Crystal Lake Cemetery.

My condolences to the family! Bernie and I shared many experiences at Park Center High School. We also enjoyed card club and many social outings. Bernie was a caring and upbeat person. May she rest in peace!
