Obituary of Bertha A. Steele

08/23/1932-08/10/2025

Bertha was born in Auburn, NY. She was predeceased by her mother Agnes Tate, brothers Henry and John, and her husband Marvin Steele.

She is survived by her children Susan (Jesse) of Rochester, Roy (Becky) of Avon, Kathy (David) of Canandaigua, Foster (Marian) of California, Timothy (Michelle) of Avon, Alice (Brian) of Pittsford. Her sister, Rosemary of Penn Yan, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Bertha passed peacefully with family by her side. The family would like to thank everyone at the Hurlbut Nursing Home for their years of care.

Services will be held privately.
