Bertie Janvrin

Bertie Rozella Janvrin, 71, passed away June 6, 2024 in Exeter, NH.
She was born April 23, 1953 in Newburyport, MA, daughter of the late Orrin Janvrin Jr. and Priscilla (Lind) Maher.
Bertie grew up in Newburyport, MA, but spent her adult years in Effingham and Ossipee, NH. She loved living in this area of New Hampshire.
She was a stay-at-home mom and homemaker. After homeschooling her youngest of her four children, she went on to get her own high school diploma. Her many hobbies included DIY crafts and gardening.
Bertie was fun to be around, and funny, as with example of her love of Tweety Bird. She was also known for her sweet nature and thoughtful notions. She loved to help others in any way she was able.
She was a true "tomboy" all her life and fittingly, blue was even her favorite color. She enjoyed country music and loved George Straight and Elvis Presley.
Alhough a few of her final days were spent in Exeter Center, throughout her journey, she was surrounded by love, respect, and family. She is survived by her four children, Greg Ellery, Tara Cobb, Bobbie-Jo Witham, and Darci Bedard. She had many grandchildren, great Grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Her siblings are Orrin Janvrin, Rose Inglis, and Eva Gambrel. She was preceded in death by her sister Dianne McMahon and her parents.
A celebration of life will be held.privately, mid-late summer
