Bessie Harvey Capps Obituary

A native of Oconee County, SC, Mrs. Capps was the daughter of the late Charlie and Jessie Mae Sullivan Harvey. She retired from the Oconee County School District and was a member of Walhalla Bible Methodist Church.
Mrs. Capps is survived by her daughters: Brenda C. Eberhart of Walhalla, Judy C. Fricks of Walhalla and Phyllis C. Dickerson of Walhalla; brother: Charles (Sonny) Harvey of Pickens; sisters: Wilma Grant (Tilson) of Walhalla, Frances Greene (Bobby) of Greenville and Joan Littleton (Dwight) of Walhalla; six grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and one great great-granddaughter.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Capps was preceded in death by her brother: Ralph Harvey.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Foothills Assisted Living, 999 W. Union Road West Union, SC 29696.
The family is at their respective homes.
