Bessie Mae Williams was born April 19, 1929 in McNairy County, TN the daughter of the late Leroy and Laura Luttrell Smith.
She was united in marriage to Warren Williams on January 24, 1944. Mr. Williams preceded her in death on October 11, 2010.
Mrs. Williams was a member of the Finger Church of Christ in Finger, Tennessee. She enjoyed being outside tending to her garden and beautiful flowers. She loved spending time with her family.
Mrs. Williams departed this life on December 11, 2024 in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 95 Years, 7 Months, 22 Days. She is survived by two daughters, Linda Reaves and husband Cliff of Adamsville, TN, Shirley Welty and husband David of Adamsville, TN; daughter-in-law, Wanda Williams of Bethel Springs, TN; 8 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren, and 6 Great Great Grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by two daughters, Barbara Williams, Penny Walker; a son, Robert Williams; three sisters, Velma Gettel, Rachel Joyner, Lorene Henry; five brothers, Elbert Smith, R.L. Smith, James Arthur Smith, Kenneth Smith, Tommy Smith.
