Beth Adele Katerberg

Gifted to this Earth by God on November 20, 1950.
Born to eternal life April 28, 2023.
Beth is survived by her high school sweetheart, Ralph, and her five cherished sons and seven beloved grandchildren; Robert and Hilary, Matthew, Henry and Eleanor Katerberg, David Katerberg, Jonathan Katerberg, Travis and Sierra Drake, Octavia and Aurelius, Todd Katerberg, Amir and Ana. Also surviving are her siblings and their spouses, Jerry and Donna Gort, Ron and Violet Gort, LuRita and Ken Folkertsma, Faith and Mel Heidsma.
Beth was predeceased by her infant daughter, Amy Beth, and her parents John and Faye Gort.
Beth left her print on so many lives and hearts. Unassuming and quiet, a woman of wisdom and faith. Her life was a ministry dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those who were left in need of an advocate. She was a longtime volunteer for Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired and served as CASA. She was a foster parent for over 25 children over many years. The full scope of those for whom she tirelessly advocated will likely never be fully known.
Her comfort, in life and in her death, was that she belonged to her faithful Savior, Jesus Christ.

A Celebration of Life for Beth will be held Saturday, May 6, 2023, at 3:00 PM at Four Corners Community Church at 7740 Service Center Dr, West Chester, OH 45069.
