Beth Ann Phillips, born on March 15, 1959, in
Marietta, Ohio, passed away peacefully on December 10, 2025, in
Bellaire, Ohio, at the age of 66.
In her professional life, Beth dedicated her talents to the Accounting department at Wheeling Hospital, where she was respected and appreciated by her colleagues for her diligence and commitment. She was also a proud member of the DAV Auxiliary and a devoted member of the Bellaire First Methodist Church, where she was faithfully committed to the choir and joyfully served as a leader of "Gods Kids".
Beth was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Margaret Baker, and father, Vernon Baker, her cherished husband, Robert Phillips, her dear sister, Janice Gilli; great-niece Allyson Martin; nephew Matthew Martin and her brothers-in-law Paul Martin and Jim Branson.
She is survived by her loving sisters, Debbie Branson and Verna Martin, who remain to cherish her memory; nieces and nephews; Amy (Ben) Davenport; Scott (Mindy) Martin; Jessica (Marty) Crumm; Patrick (Ashley) Branson; Melissa Massara and Heather Renzetti and families; Paige (Erin) McGlothlin; Beighley (Ben) Ayers; Keegan Ayers; Logan Davenport; Noah Crumm; Gracie (Dade) Crumm; Evaya Martin; Aubree Crumm; brother-in-law Jerry Gilli and her faithful companion Roxy, alongside numerous friends and relatives who were touched by Beth's kindness and warmth throughout her life.
A private burial will take place at High Ridge Cemetery in
Bellaire, Ohio. All family and friends are invited to a celebration of her life on Sunday, December 21st, at The Bellaire First Methodist Church, beginning at 2:30 p.m.
