Bethany L. LaFavre

Lakeville - Bethany Linn LaFavre, age 35, of Lakeville, Minnesota, went to be with her Savior on February 26, 2026.

Bethany was born on June 26, 1990, in Burnsville, Minnesota, to Scott and Shari LaFavre. She graduated from Northfield High School in 2008 and later attended McNally Smith College of Music in St. Paul for a season. While traditional academics were not her forte, Bethany possessed creativity and passion that extended far beyond the classroom.

Bethany was known for her radiant smile and a laugh that could fill any room. Her presence brought warmth, energy, and connection wherever she went. She cherished her family deeply and shared a special bond with her grandfather, Jerry LaFavre, who was also her best friend.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Kenneth and Ruby Johnson, and her grandfather, Jerry LaFavre.

Bethany is lovingly survived by her parents, Scott and Shari LaFavre; her siblings, Dustin (Sarah), Christal (Eric) Spata, and Brittney (John) Besser; her beloved nieces and nephews, Elliott, Braxton, Berklie, Beckett, Lexi, Hudson, and Mason; her grandmother, Joyce LaFavre; along with many extended family members and dear friends who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.

A Celebration of Bethany's Life will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, March 13, 2026, at River Valley Church in Apple Valley, Minnesota, with a gathering of family and friends beginning at 11:30 AM at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be donated to Invisible Wounds Project (iwproject.org).
