Betty Jane Bragg, age 89, of Long Beach, Mississippi joined her family and her Lord and Savior on March 3, 2025, in Gulfport, MS. She was born in Boliver County, Mississippi on July 19, 1935. Betty was preceded in death by her parents Pearlie May Woods and Fred Crowley, her first husband of 52 years, Harvey W. Davenport, second husband, of 14 years, Tracey Bragg, two sons Damon Eugene Davenport and William Ray Davenport.

 Betty enjoyed cruising in old cars, especially during Cruising the Coast, gardening and taking care of her plants, selling junk, and was a flea market enthusiast. She was a member of the Divine Grace Baptist Church. 

She leaves her cherished memories to her children Harvey Lee Davenport (Theresa), Cynthia Jane Carroll (Jerald), and Catherine Michele Smith (Steven); one brother Robert Hall (Marie); grandchildren Kitina Davenport, Amanda Davis (Jeremy), Danita Mirelez, William Davenport (Sianna), Damon Smith, and Hayden Smith; six great granddaughters; four great grandsons; and five great -great grandchildren.

 The family will receive friends 10:00 – 11:00 am Friday March 7, 2025, at Riemann Family Funeral Home Long Beach Chapel. The Funeral services will follow the visitation at 11:00 at the funeral home. Interment will be at Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens in Long Beach, MS . May an angel’s chorus greet you in heaven. Your footsteps can never be filled, nor your love ever forgotten.
