Publish in a newspaper
Funeral service will be 10 am Friday, November 14, 2025 at Central Baptist Church in Kirbyville. A graveside service will follow at 2 pm, at Grove Cemetery in Camden, Texas. Visitation will be 6-8 pm, Thursday, November 13, 2025 at Adams EE Stringer Funeral Home.
Born August 9, 1945 to Beron William Stanford and Marjorie Lucille (Smith) in Houston, Texas, she worked as a nurses aide.
She is survived by her children, Jane Marie Daniel and Eddie of Kountze, Alice Cherry Withers of Kirbyville, Mary Warden and Don of Kirbyville, Paul Cherry and Belle of Silsbee, Paula Fleck and Michael of San Antonio, Emily Smith and Tony of Vidor; daughter-in-law, Lynn Cherry; 15 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and one on the way.
She was preceded in death by husband, Burb Cherry; sister, Jeanette Hopkins; son, David Cherry.
