Ms. Betty Carol Elmore Carter, age 74, of Lafayette, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at The Pavilion Senior Living in Carthage. Funeral services for Ms. Betty Carter are scheduled to be conducted on Monday, February 14, 2022 at 2 PM, from The
Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Elder Rickey Day and Elder Brad Carver officiating. Interment will follow in The Enon Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Sunday, February 13, 2022, from
2 PM until 8 PM, and on Monday, from 9 AM until service time at 2 PM.
The family request donations be made to Enon Cemetery or Enon Missionary Baptist Church.
Ms. Betty Carter was preceded in death by her Husband, Gerald "Jamup" Carter; Parents, Beulah Harris Elmore and Mayme Stone Elmore; Sister, Christine Goode; and Brother,
J.D. Elmore
