Betty Hoffrogge Obituary
Betty J. Hoffrogge, age 92, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at Boonespring in Union, KY. She was born in Cincinnati, OH on February 24, 1930, to the late Albert and Nannie Gray. Betty retired as a sales associate for Getz Jewelers. She enjoyed passing her time by watching gameshows and spending time with her family. She was quiet, yet opinionated and will be dearly missed by those who knew her.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Wayne Kinnison; husband, Virgil C. Kinnison; her second husband, Edward B. Hoffrogge; and her sister, Patti Hercutt.
She is survived by her stepdaughters, Donna Deck, Bernice Tharp, and Jolene (Joe) Albers; sister, Nancy (Orson) Madewell; as well as many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Monday, February 27, 2023, from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 8461 Dixie Highway Florence, KY 41042. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Immediately following the service, Betty will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger, KY. Memorial donations can be made in her name to St. Elizabeth Hospice at https://fundraise.givesmart.com/. May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.betty was a special person and i will miss her but she is with jesus now in abetter place she is at peace now
