Betty Kaiser Obituary
Betty Jane Kaiser, 83, of Findlay, died at 9:48 a.m. Friday, October 3, 2025, at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay. She was born October 27, 1941, in Butler County, Ohio, to the late Russell and Hazel (Bibee) Hiler. She married Jack Kaiser May 6, 1961, and he survives.
Jane is also survived by her sons, Kevin Kaiser of Katy, Texas, Kyle Kaiser of West Chester, and Kris (Stephanie) Kaiser of Prescott Valley, Arizona; brothers, David (Jackie) Hiler of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Larry (Melanie) Hiler of Joplin, Missouri; sisters, Nancy (Daniel) Woods of Colorado Springs, Coloraod, Lois (Larry) Fliehman of Jamestown, and Judi Wilson of Lebanon; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Jane was a longtime interior designer/wallpaper installer. She was a longtime member of St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Findlay. She was an avid flower gardener and reader, and she enjoyed traveling throughout the world. As she raised her boys, Jane became active in their Cub Scout Clubs as a Den Mother. As they grew older, she transitioned into a role as a trainer for new Den Mothers.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Sharon Cole, Bridge Home Health and Hospice, and Coldren-Crates Funeral Home for all of their care of Jane.
Funeral service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Friday, October 17, 2025, at St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Findlay, with Pastors Amy Miller and Cathy Davis officiating.
Burial will be private for family at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Glen Haven Cemetery, Harrison.
Arrangements are being handled by COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Andrew's United Women in Faith.
