Betty Jean was born September 25, 1952, in Louisville, KY to James E. Bramlett, Sr and Lilly Pearl Reynolds Vanley. She was a faithful member of Mt. Nebo Missionary Baptist Church. She retired from Austin Peay State University.
Betty Jean leaves to cherish her loving memories her devoted husband William Osborne; sons, Tyrone (Eve) Osborne and Marcus (Brandi) Osborne; grandchildren, Kendrick, Kayla, Brayden, Mariah, Ethan and Matthew; sisters, Martha Sue Bramlett and Lisa Vaughn; brothers, James (Sharron) Bramlett, Jr, Robert Lee Vaughn, Ronnie (Jodie) Vaughn and Walter (Demetria) Vaughn; a host of brother and sister in laws, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
