Mrs. Ponikarski was born on April 30, 1959 in Atlanta to the late Walter F. and Tracy Jean Hale Dunaway. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Mark E. Ponikarski. She has been employed as a waitress for Waffle House for a number of years.
Survivors include her sons Mark Ponikarski Jr. of Bogart, Alex Ponikarski of Cleveland, Ga daughter Tracy Ponikarski of New Mexico and 1 Grandson, Tim Gerle of New Mexico.
Memorial Park Funeral Home 2030 Memorial Park Rd, Gainesville, Ga 30504 is in charge of arrangements.
