Betty is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Bell (Cook) Perkins; father and step-mother, Roy Leo and Isabelle (Kirkland) Perkins; She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Bobby and Amy (Wattenbarger) Bishop, and Shannon Bishop; grandchildren, Andy (Whitney) Lawson, and Adam (Laura) Lawson; great-grandsons, Landon, Nicholas, and Jeremiah; special friends Pat, Rhea, and Noah Watkins.
A private family graveside service will be held in Riverview Cemetery with Rev. Richard Everett officiating.
