BETTY SUE ROBBINS

January 1, 1940 – October 6, 2025

Betty Sue Robbins, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt, passed away peacefully on 10/6/2025, at her home, in Hanford, California, following a brief illness. She was 85 years old.

Betty was born on January 1, 1940, in Porum, Oklahoma, to Aaron and Frankie (Call) Meeks. Betty was a devoted wife to George Robbins, mother to her daughter, Teresa Contreras, and found immense joy in being a grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her husband, George Robbins; her daughter, Teresa Contreras (And husband, Raul); her grandchildren: Casey Bettencourt (and wife,Randi), Zach Bettencourt (and wife, Erica), and Britney Willard (and husband, Gerrit); and great-grand-children: Deegan, Adalynn, Kingston, and Winston. She is also survived by her sister, Patricia Bowling (and husband, Ralph) of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, as well as numerous nieces,nephews, and friends.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Aaron and Frankie Meeks, and her brother, Kenneth Meeks.

A Christian throughout her life, Betty's faith was a guiding light in all she did. She will be remembered for her warm heart, her sense of humor, and deep love she had for her family.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00am on October 27, 2025, at Grangeville Cemetery in Armona, California.

Her legacy of love, laughter, and faith will live on in all who knew and loved her. Flowers may be sent to Phipps-Dale Funeral Home in Lemoore, California.
