Beverley Kay “Katie" Hopp age 83, of Wyoming, Michigan, formerly of Greenville, passed away Friday, September 19, 2025 at Corewell Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids of natural causes. She was born June 29, 1942 in Pontiac, Michigan. She loved to sew, garden, paint landscapes and enjoyed time with her entire family and friends. Katie is survived by her two children Kirk Olsen of Wyoming and Linda Carney of Wyoming; grandchildren Tiffany (Jesse) Laseur, Crystal Carney, Brittney Carney, Mitchell (Tia) Olsen and Dawna Garris; brother Howard Crampton of Clarkston, MI. She was preceded in death by her mother Charlotte Rose Evelyn Bailey, father Ronald Samuel Bailey, husband Bert Hopp on September 7, 2023 and her brother Jack Crampton. Katie had a wonderful sense of humor and love for all things on earth and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Forthwith, that charm, love and wit will continue to the benefit of family and friends in Heaven. GOD BLESS KATIE. Cremation Has taken place. Graveside Services will be at Oakfield Cemetery 11210 Wellman Ave NE, Rockford, Mi 49341 on September 30, 2025 at 12:30 PM. Followed by a luncheon at 2:00 PM at the American Legion Hall, 1320 W. Washington St., Greenville, MI 48838. Arrangements are by the Marshall Funeral Home, Greenville, with complete obituary online at www.marshallfuneralhomeinc.com where you can leave a message of condolence for the family.
