Beverly Best Obituary
Born to Harry and Edna Klees, she was raised in Williamsport, PA. She lived there most of her life before moving to Bridgewater, NJ in 2021.
Beverly graduated from Williamsport High School and the Williamsport School of Commerce. She began her career as a secretary for Selected Risk Insurance, eventually retiring from ShopVac. Not content to be idle, she then worked as a classroom aide for the Williamsport School District for several years.
She enjoyed arts & crafts, attending musical programs, and being with friends and family. Among her favorite activities were baking (and eating) Christmas cookies. Beverly volunteered throughout her life, serving as a Sunday School teacher at St. Mark's Lutheran Church and as co-leader for her daughters' Girl Scout troops.
Surviving are her daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl & Dan Fredericks and Sharon & Chris Weniger, all of Somerset; granddaughters Emily Cabel (Chris), Amanda Higgins (Casey), Kathryn Weniger and Tara Weniger; and one great-granddaughter. She also is survived by sisters Lois Kane of Sterling, MA and Dorothy Keller (William) of Duboistown, PA; brother, William Klees (Kay) of Montoursville, PA, and several nieces and nephews.
Private cremation services were handled under the professional direction of the Gleason Funeral Home, Somerset, NJ.
A Memorial Service will be announced at a future date. Burial will be at the Montoursville Cemetery.
Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the American Heart Association.

Dear family and friends of Bev: I lead worship once a week at the Chelsea community in Bridgewater, and Bev was part of our little congregation. She always had a story or an opinion to share with me and I so looked forward to seeing her week after week. I miss her, we all do. May your memories of Bev be a blessing to you. --Rev. Megan
