Beverly Bunno Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Skradski Family Funeral Home - Escanaba on May 5, 2025.
Beverly Mae Bunno (Seronko), age 89, of Escanaba but formerly of Gladstone, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, May 4, 2025 at her home.
Beverly Bunno, daughter of Walter "Archie" and Mildred (Palmquist) Seronko, was born on April 16, 1936 in Gladstone. She grew up on the east end of town and attended Gladstone High School, graduating with the Class of 1954. During her school years, she was affectionately voted "Best Looking" and "Most Quiet" by her classmates.
On June 29, 1957, Beverly married the love of her life, Edward Bunno, and the two began their life together in their first home on Wisconsin Avenue in Gladstone. A devoted homemaker, Beverly was known for her warm hospitality, delicious recipes, and beautifully decorated cakes. She had a passion for traveling, loved playing the piano, enjoyed a good trip to the casino, and cheering on her favorite sports teams, especially the Green Bay Packers, Michigan State Spartans, and the New York Yankees. Beverly also treasured time spent in good company, especially lunch dates with her ladies. More than anything, she cherished the moments shared with her family and loved ones.
Beverly is survived by her three children Deb Mortimer (Jim), Mike Bunno (Lynette), and Shelby Dallman (Bunno), her grandchildren Tori Baker, Brian Bunno, Christian Bunno, Mitch Bunno, Stephanie Bunno-Faultersack (Alex), John Dallman, Maddy Dallman, 9 great grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren.
She is also survived by her siblings Laverne Haggart (Ken), Lorraine Salmi, Helen Williams (Russ), and Tom Seronko (Jessie), special friends Janet Sue Paine, Arlene Picard, Bonnie Sue Brower, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her love Edward, she is preceded in death by her parents and her brother Charlie Seronko.
Family will receive friends on Friday, May 9, 2025 from 10 AM to 12 noon at the First Lutheran Church in Gladstone. Services will begin at 12 noon with Pastor Elisabeth Daniels officiating and a luncheon will follow in the church hall. Beverly will be laid to rest with her husband Edward at Fernwood Cemetery.
