Beverly S. D'Angelo, 78, of Susquehanna Township, passed away Friday October 17, 2025 at UPMC Carlisle Hospital. Born February 10, 1947, in Tower City, she was a daughter of the late Clair and Doris (Kopp) Romberger. On April 20, 1963, she married Ernest E. D'Angelo, Sr. with whom she shared a devoted union of 60 years prior to his passing on November 24, 2023. While she had worked as an Avon representative for several years, and was a dedicated volunteer for the
American Cancer Society, Beverly always felt that the true purpose of her life was to create a warm and nurturing home for her family – she was devoted to her children and grandchildren. Beverly was never happier than when the family was together for vacations in Ocean City, New Jersey or Disney World or simply spending time with one another in Largo, Florida and the yearly family campground trip. An avid reader, who loved animals, she also enjoyed watching EWTN and the news to nourish both her mind and her spirit. Over the last two years, Beverly found comfort and contentment in living at the Essex House, in Lemoyne, where she made friends, enjoyed activities and appreciated the caregivers for the attentiveness. Beverly was a devout Catholic and member of St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church, Harrisburg. Beverly is survived by her daughter, Teresa C. (Tim) Sheaffer of Camp Hill and sons, Frank E. D'Angelo of Halifax and Ernest E. (Mary) D'Angelo, Jr. of
Largo, FL. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Michael, Lauren, Christopher, Sarah and Peter; and great grandchildren, Bella, Ava and Lily. She was also eagerly anticipating the birth of a fourth great grandchild. Beverly is also survived by her sister, Jeanne Romberger of Harrisburg. Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for her viewing from 11:00 to 11:45 A.M. on Saturday October 25, 2025 at St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church, 4000 Derry Street, Harrisburg, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 Noon with Rev. Drew Tanguay as Celebrant. Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery, West Hanover Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be made to the Humane Society of Harrisburg, 7790 Grayson Road,
Harrisburg, PA 17111 or through their website at https://humanesocietyhbg.org.
