He was a rural route carrier for the United States Post Office.
Randy attended New Hope Church and was a member of their men's group.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Janet (Nickle) Clark, and his father, Wilbur H. Clark, Sr.
Surviving is 2 daughters; Cerise V. Clark of Winston Salem, NC, Terria L. Ausberry of Winston Salem, NC, a son, Maurice D. Parker, Jr. of Winston Salem, NC, a sister, Lori J. Lucius of Camp Hill, a brother, Daniel F. Clark and his wife, Lianne of East Petersburg, 5 grandchildren; Samara Ferrell, Christopher Boddie, Jr., Elijah Barrett, Qiyana Ausberry, Qeyomi Ausberry, as well as the mother of his children, Tyra Clark.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, February 6, 2026 at Turner Memorial Baptist Church, 130 Watson Street, Steelton, PA 17113.
Viewing will be from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. on Friday at the church.
