Obituary published on Legacy.com by Roberts & Sons Funeral Home - Foxborough on Feb. 2, 2026.
Beverly J. (Scott) DuMoulin, age 83, passed away surrounded by her loving family on January 28th, 2026. She was the daughter of the late Helen (Brazauskas) and George J. Scott of South
Boston, MA.
Beverly was born December 6, 1942, in South Boston and grew up a spirited city girl with a flair for fun and a natural sense of rhythm. She attended South Boston High School, where she proudly led as co-captain of the Saint Peter's Band color guard, an early hint of the energy and enthusiasm she brought to every chapter of her life.
After graduation, Beverly stepped into the bustling world of the Stop & Shop corporate offices. What began as a job in the advertising department soon became the setting for a lifelong love story. It was there she met Gerald DuMoulin, her partner in creativity, adventure, and marriage for fifty-five years. They were married at St. Gregory Church in Dorchester and later settled in Cohasset, where they built both a family and a business.
Together, Beverly and Gerald founded DuMoulin Associates, an advertising agency they ran side by side for more than three decades. Their work was fueled by imagination and teamwork that made even the busiest days feel like something worth celebrating.
Beverly had a passport full of stamps and a heart full of wanderlust. She loved traveling to the Bahamas, Europe and Las Vegas. Her favorite destination was Venice, Italy where she returned summer after summer, drawn to its winding canals, timeless architecture, and the unhurried rhythm of Venetian life. It was a happy place and the backdrop for many cherished memories.
Closer to home, Beverly was happiest on the water. She loved boating around Boston Harbor, Cape Cod, and the South Shore, savoring the salt air and sun filled afternoons with family and friends. When winter arrived, she traded the ocean for the slopes, embracing skiing with the same enthusiasm she brought to everything else. And then there was her favorite band, Air Supply. Beverly was one of their most devoted fans and seeing them in concert brought her pure joy.
Beverly was the devoted wife of the late Gerald E. DuMoulin. She is survived by her children Jennifer Ryan, Jill DuMoulin, and Jason DuMoulin of Mansfield, her brother Roger Scott, and his wife Ann of Natick. She was the beloved grandmother of Robert Ryan and his wife Rebekah, Edward Ryan-Guillot and his wife Charlene, and Scott Ryan, great-grandmother of Abigail Ryan, Jude, and Elliott Ryan-Guillot. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM at St. Mary's Church, 58 Carpenter Street, Foxborough. Interment will follow at a later date.
