Lonnie M. "Dot" Carlile,97, Gonzales, passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2025. She was born April 15, 1928, the daughter of George Edward and Lida L. Ellis Beale.

She worked at Cuero Textile Mill and later retired from Warm Springs Foundation in Ottine, TX. She was a member of Gonzales Full Gospel Church.

She is survived by her son Ray M. "Skipper" Irle, Jr. and wife Priscilla; grandson Lance Irle and wife Crystal; great-grandsons Hunter Irle and Cole T. Irle and great-great-grandson Brantley Irle.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Andrew Carlile, Jr.; sisters Ada Jurek, Lola Halliburton, Estelle Martin Hinton, Ruth Fisher, Grace Karney and Barbara Kastner; brothers Wesley Beale, Clarence Edward Beale, Robert Luis Beale and Donnie Beale.

Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, September 13, 2025 at the Saturn Cemetery with Reverend David Jackson officiating.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Sean Hattenbach, the Heights of Gonzales staff and her neighbors Mr. and Mrs. Donald Flowers.

Skipper, my condolences on the loss of your mom. When I saw her picture, I recognized her as being one of my mom's good friends. I know they went to church many times together.
