Beverly A. Fishnick, age 89, of Lancaster, passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at her home. She was born on February 13, 1936, in Lancaster at her grandparents’ home, the daughter of Dorman and Genevieve (Sherwin) Losch. Beverly grew up on the family farm and went to Bowen School through the eighth grade. She graduated from Lancaster High School in May of 1953. Later that year, Beverly was united in marriage to Paul Fishnick at St. Clement Catholic Church. To this union, nine children were born. After her last child went to school, Beverly worked at the Lancaster Care Center for 28 years and Lancaster Junior High for five years, retiring in 2001. Beverly was a lifetime member of St. Clement Catholic Church, an avid Green Bay Packer, Wisconsin Badger and Milwaukee Brewer fan, and enjoyed supporting her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren at their sporting events and activities. Beverly cherished her family and the time spent with them.
Survivors include her children: Pat (Dean) Vogt, Steve (CeCe) Fishnick, Paula (Mike Bartels) Pecinovsky, Kathy Fishnick, Mary Fishnick, Deb (John) Murray; son-in-law, Curt Uppena; 16 grandchildren: Angie Pierce, Kelly Graney, Amy Digman, Brandon Vogt, Andrea Vogt-Barnes, Brad Fishnick, Brittany Fishnick, Stephanie Scullion, David Pecinovsky, Melissa Ludlum, Cindy Lawinger, Mike Fishnick, JD Fishnick, Adam Fishnick, Ryan Murray, Erin Murray; great-grandchildren: Anica, Ava, and Emma Graney, Abby and Elle Pierce, Ella Scullion, Sophia and Logan Kress, Caleigh and Cameron Krantz, Aiden, Gavin, and Easton Fishnick, Haley and Kinsley Fishnick, Corbin and Brycen Fishnick, Brooke, Drew and Cade Digman, Olivia, Lincoln, and Charlotte Barnes; brother-in-law, Mark Wolf; sister-in-law, Sherry Losch; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Paul, Beverly was preceded in death by her sons, Dennis and Alan Fishnick, daughter, JoAnn Uppena, sister, Rosemary Wolf, brother, Donald Losch, and granddaughter, Heather Fishnick.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Noon at St. Clement Catholic Church in Lancaster with Father Mark Miller officiating. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Lancaster. Family and friends may visit on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at the church. Kramer-Grau Funeral Homes & Crematory in Lancaster is entrusted with her care.
