Beverly Ruth Harris, 82, of Twin Lake, passed away at home on July 18, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. Born to Frank and Eleanor (Magnent) Macara on January 10, 1943 in Newaygo, Michigan.

On November 2, 1963, she married Francis (Skeeter) Harris. Together, they raised three children: Laura, Kevin, and Wanda, who preceded her in death.

Bev loved to garden, crochet, and knit. For years, Bev made beautiful wedding cakes, until her hands wouldn't allow it anymore.

Survivors of Bev include her husband of 62 years, Skeeter; children: Jim Harris (Greenville), Laura Archer (Muskegon), Kevin (Mary Beckman) Harris (Muskegon); brothers: Frank (Marian) Anderson, Donald (Sue) Anderson, and Terry (Marilyn) Anderson; sisters-in-law: Gail, Sandy, and Quinn Anderson, Luella and Bernice Harris, and Anne Thomas; her very special Aunt Audrey Williams; best friend: Sandy Otteren; seven grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Bev was preceded in death by her grandson, Ryan Lummen; great-grandson: Jermie Wood; sister: Margaret Schmidt; brothers: Bill, Roland, Raymond, and Gary Anderson; sisters-in-law: Jewell Anderson and Eloise Harris; and brothers-in-law: Bruce, Forrest, Tommie Thomas Sr., and Jack Harris.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 25, 2025 from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM at the Holton American Legion. Arrangements are in the care of Crandell Funeral Home.
