Survivors include her husband, Rickey Johnson, of the home; children, Stacy (Dean) Cahill, Amy Polson, Sabrina Johnson, and Zane Johnson, all of Mayview; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and one brother, Jack Bainbridge.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents.
