Beverly King Obituary
Beverly Jean "Bev" Lowder King, 73, of Denton, NC, passed away Thursday, September 18, 2025 at Randolph Health in Asheboro.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at Ridge Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Orman officiating.
Born July 13, 1952, in Guilford Co., NC, Mrs. King was the daughter of the late Reese Hall Lowder and Bonnie Jean Morton Lowder. She operated a beauty shop for many years then worked for Hallmark, retiring after more than 20 years. Mrs. King attended Hoover's Grove Baptist Church for many years, later attending Love of God Baptist Church until her health wouldn't allow her. She loved animals, especially horses and dogs. Being very artistic, she loved to paint, do crafts, and dry flowers.
Mrs. King, in addition to her parents, was preceded in death by her special dog, Rowdy.
She is survived by her son, Devan Causey (Kelly Helsabeck), and stepdaughter, Andrea King.
The family will receive friends following the service.
