Beverly A. LaVare, age 82, of Moira, NY, passed away on Monday morning, January 22, 2024 at Canton Potsdam Hospital. Burial will be held in the spring at Sand Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Frary Funeral Home, Malone.
Beverly is survived by her children, Roxanne Miller, of Brushton, Rosalie Lamica, of Brushton, Clytus (Sonny) LaVare, of Malone, Tammie (Patrick) LePage,of Bangor, and Kevin LaVare, of Malone; a brother, Robert (Linda) Thayer, of Hermon; two sisters, Sally Belmore, of Norfolk, and Colleen Thayer, of Chicago, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Beverly was born on March 18, 1941, in Gouverneur, NY, the daughter of Arthur and Ida (Bowman) Thayer. She attended Gouverneur Central School. She attended North Country Community College where she obtained her Associates in Nursing. Beverly married Clytus LaVare Sr. in January of 1958.
Beverly enjoyed the company of her granddaughter, Brittany, and her companion, Robbie Holmes, and her great grandson, Liam LePage whom she was very close with; listening to country music, knitting, and crocheting. Her dog Tiny was the love of her life.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Aunt Beverly´s family.I have some fond memories though we didn´t see each other a lot,she was always family first
