Beverly Jean Martin, age 82, of Beaver Falls, PA, passed away on Thursday, October 23, 2025 surrounded by her family. She was born in Beaver, PA, on April 13, 1943, and is the daughter of the late Park Derringer and Marge Stewart. After being a homemaker for most of her life, she would go on to retire as a photo technician from Walmart in Chippewa, PA. She was a member of the Highland Area VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
Jean is survived by her children, Rick (Christine) Torrence of Swedesboro, NJ; and Vicky (Al) Shaw of Beaver Falls, PA; grandchildren, Lindsey (Chris) Loos; Sarah (Max) Livingston; Brandon (Monique) McClain; Ty (Kayla) Torrence; Ryan Torrence; Trevor Torrence; Dana Walk (Larry Rogers); Nichole and Lauren Tuller; great-grandchildren; Levi, Noah, and Parker Loos; Rylee Keglor and Jaxson Livingston; Sean and Adalae McClain and Misty Genzler; Nolan Torrence; Ashlyn and Carson Walk; siblings, Jim (the late Barb) Derringer of Lisbon, OH; and Kelly Derringer of Salem, OH; brother-in-law, Tim Rain; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In addition to her parents, Jean is preceded in death by her sisters, Carol Ann (the late Jim) Walker; and Judy Rain; and grandparents, Aral and Mabel Derringer, who raised Jean.
Family and friends are invited to gather to honor Jean’s memory on Sunday, October 26, 2025 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.at Campbell’s Chippewa Funeral Home, Inc., 2618 Darlington Road, Beaver Falls, PA 15010 (Randy R. Wheeler, supervisor, 724-843-2500). Services will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel officiated by Pastor Bill Steel. A burial will follow at Highland Cemetery in Midland, PA.
