Born May, 2nd 1934 in Fargo, North Dakota
Passed peacefully of natural causes in the presence of her loving family on May, 28th 2025
Beverly was a self-made, devoted business woman, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and even great, great-grandmother. Beverly served her family/friends & community in many ways. This included her involvement in Rotary, Chambers of Commerce, Hospice, Tacoma Lutheran Foundation, Tacoma Musical Play House, and Diabetes Association of Pierce County to name a few.
Beverly’s passions were family gatherings, fishing, pilates, attending plays and traveling.
Beverly was preceded in death by her mother Corrine Kohlenhoefer, father Lyle Anderson and son Douglas J Guthmiller. She is survived by her son Steve and Barbara Ruff, daughter Cathie and Gary Ogilvie, six grandchildren, five great grandchildren and seven great- great grandchildren.
Funeral Mass will be held at St Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Tacoma, WA on July 15th 2025 at 11:00 am with the graveside service to follow at Calvary Cemetery 5212 70th St Tacoma WA at 1:00 pm. The family would like everyone to join them for a celebration of life at 3:00pm July 15th 2025 at Fircrest Golf Club,1500 Regents Blvd, Fircrest, WA 98466
Beverly will be deeply missed by many. In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to make donations to the American Diabetes Association Ways to Give | ADA or St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Parish Online Giving - St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Parish - Tacoma, WA
