Beverly J. Merrill, 74, of Lock Haven, passed away Friday, August 29, 2025 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born August 11, 1951 in Lock Haven, she was the daughter of the late Charles L. Merrill, Sr. and Jean E. Rhoades Merrill.
Beverly was employed by Brodart of McElhattan and Casilio's Cleaning, Lock Haven.
In her younger years, she enjoyed attending concerts and was an avid racing fan of all types, especially NASCAR. She also enjoyed watching professional wrestling and football with her granddaughter, Dekota - especially the Miami Dolphins. Beverly adored her time spent with her family and always looked forward to family picnics.
She is survived by a daughter, Curisa J. Ertwine of Lock Haven; a granddaughter, Dekota Welker of Lock Haven; six siblings: Carleen Merrill of Lock Haven, Paul (Dixie) Merrill of Jersey Shore, and Marilyn (Alvin) George, Kathleen (Dennis) Merrill, Valerie (Robert) Johnston and Troy L. (Heather) Merrill, Sr., all of Lock Haven; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Christopher Ertwine; a brother, Charles L. Merrill, Jr.; and her former husband, Arthur W. Ertwine, Jr.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at 11 A.M. at Jersey Shore Cemetery, 1103 Locust St., Jersey Shore, PA 17740.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Lupus Foundation of America, c/o Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745.
