Beverly J. Neanover, 87, of New Vienna, Ohio passed away Saturday, June 22, 2024 at home. She was born April 7, 1937 in New Vienna, Ohio, daughter of the late Ralph Bernard and Mildred Kirk Bernard.
Mrs. Neanover had worked at CCPI in Blanchester and was a member of the New Vienna United Methodist Church. She was a graduate of New Vienna High School.
Beverly is survived by sons, James E. (Maria) Custis of Germany and Barry L. (Diane) Custis of New Vienna; daughter, Cynthia S. (Terry) Roche´ of Hillsboro; grandchildren, Brandon (Samantha) Roche´, Amber (Brian) Rumpke, Dakota Defnall, Jimmy Lee Sizemore, Stephanie (Michael) Fischer, Mellisa Hauch, Christopher Custis, Shelby (Hannah) Rumpke, Eric Hall, Duane Hall, and Devon Knisely; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and thanks to her special friend from work, Margaret Cox.
In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Neanover; son, Warren G. Custis; brothers, Kenneth J. Bernard and Terry L. Bernard; stepsister, Rosemary Bernard-Smith; and grandson, David James Knisley.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 27, 2024 at Smith Funeral Home, 327 N. South Street, Wilmington, Ohio followed by a graveside service at New Antioch Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Beverly's memory may be made to the Clinton County Foundation HACC/CPAP, P.O. Box 831, Wilmington, OH 45177.
