Beverly Paquette

Beverly (Bullis) Paquette of Essex Junction, VT, aged 91, passed away on November 26, 2025, at the McClure Miller Respite House, surrounded by her loving family. Born on August 21, 1934, Beverly was a devoted matriarch whose influence extended across five children, fourteen grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren. Her unwavering support and affection provided comfort and guidance to all who knew her.

Throughout her life, Beverly was known for her engaging conversations, warmth, and distinctive wit. In her earlier years, she served as a lunchroom attendant at the local high school, earning considerable appreciation from both students and staff. She consistently fostered an atmosphere of positivity and inclusion, leaving a lasting impression on everyone around her.

Beverly's dedication to her family was evident in every aspect of her life. Her children inherited her sense of humor and steadfast commitment, and she took pride in nurturing subsequent generations with attentive care. The needs of her loved ones always took precedence, and her wisdom was a source of strength for the entire family.

Raised among seven siblings on a farm in Holland, Vermont, Beverly was part of a lineage distinguished by perseverance and longevity. She was the daughter of Pauline, who lived to 100, and the granddaughter of Mary, who reached 101 years of age. Beyond these attributes, Beverly will be remembered for her compassion, wit, affinity for country music, and exceptional loyalty to family and friends.

Her legacy is measured not only by her years but also by the joy she brought to countless family gatherings and the unity she fostered among relatives. Beverly is survived by her five children: Shirley FitzGerald (John) and their children Jennifer, Mary, and John; David Paquette (Melissa Mazza) and their children Shantel, Danielle, David Jr., Amy, and MacKenzie; Bruce Paquette (Judy Sorrell) and their children Sarah and Christina; Kenneth Paquette (Lisa Sicard) and their children Ken Jr. and Chad; Sue-Ellen Kelly (Marty) and their children Mackenzie and Marty III; her niece Debbie Bullis who was like a daughter to Bev; her brother Ron Bullis and wife Mary; in addition to her great-grandchildren and great-great- grandchildren.

She joins in eternal rest her husband of 59 years, Claude Paquette, her parents, five siblings, great-granddaughter Grace Marie, and many cherished friends and relatives.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church, 30 Lincoln Street, Essex Junction, Vermont, with reception to follow. A private family burial will take place in the spring.
