Beverly Carol Pentecost Sherrill, 55, of Mt. Vernon, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on March 20, 2025. She was born on August 22, 1969, in North Little Rock to Frank and Carolyn Pentecost.
Beverly was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church for over 20 years. She worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield – USABLE as an underwriter and Customer Accounts Manager for over 35 years.
She loved spending time with her family, especially being Gammy to her four grandkids. One of her favorite things to do was to travel, especially to Branson and to the Beach, and she loved providing for Angel Kids for the Mt. Vernon School District. Beverly loved her dog Sophie and her grand dog Elfie. She enjoyed crafting and doing for others.
Beverly is survived by her husband of 34 years, Todd Sherrill of Mt. Vernon; her children, Colton (Chelsie) Sherrill of Mt. Vernon, Dixie (Tyler) McDaniel of Mt. Vernon; four grandchildren, Carter, Camryn, Cade and Charlotte; her mother, Carolyn Pentecost of Mt. Vernon; and one brother, Bo (Shigemi) Pentecost of Cabot.
She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Pentecost.
The family wants to say a special thank you to Theresa, Kathy and Nia for accompanying Beverly on her many journeys to MD Anderson.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, 404 W. Dewitt Henry Dr., Beebe. Funeral service will be 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church.
