Beverly Jean Ridenour

Beverly Jean Ridenour 81 of Vicksburg, MI passed away on August 9, 2024, at Evergreen Senior Care and Rehabilitation Center of Battle Creek. Beverly was born on June 8, 1943, in Kalamazoo, MI, the daughter of Victor and Fannie Ridenour. Beverly lived in Vicksburg most of her life where she raised her children and worked as a waitress and cook.
Beverly loved spending time with her family, working on puzzles, arts and crafts, and spoiling her dog, Oscar. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Connor Offord (Warner), and Vickie Muncy, grandchildren, Derek Connor (Lacey), Allen Muncy, Michael Muncy (Shauna), Symone Connor, Aimee Perry (Michael), Warner Offord III, Nathan Offord (Ashlee), nine great-grandchildren, six sisters and three brothers.
Beverly was preceded in death by her partner of 55 years James Lafler, parents Victor and Fannie Ridenour, son in law David Muncy, siblings, Skip Ridenour, Ronda Ridenour, Virginia Rudstrom, Henrietta Wilson, and Michael Ridenour.
A special thanks to the staff at Evergreen Nursing Home, Harmony Hospice, and friends and family for the many acts of kindness. A memorial service will be held at Word for Life Church of God, 7022 E Michigan Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49048 on August 23, 2024, at 4:00 pm.
