Beverly A, Schick, 97, of Weeki Wachee, Florida passed away peacefully on July 5, 2025 after a brief illness. She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on October 5, 1927. Although she moved to Florida 35 years ago, Beverly never passed up a chance to dine on all her favorite New Orleans dishes.
She was a member of Glen Lakes Golf club and a parishioner of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church. In addition, Beverly was an avid reader and crossword puzzle enthusiast. All who met Beverly remarked on her quick wit and sharp mind.
Beverly was preceded in death by her beloved husband August W. Schick. She is survived by her nieces and nephews Cathryn Surkand, Diane Simpson, Phil LoCicero, and Robert Hundt. Beverly will be greatly missed by her family and dear friends. A special thanks to Sandy Uliano and HPH Hospice for the wonderful care she received.
All are invited to attend a memorial service at Pinecrest Funeral Chapel on August 12, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow will be at Bushnell National Cemetery.
