She made all of us feel like a best friend. I will never forget the times we shared together! I will be eternally grateful for my friendship with Bev!

Gary and I feel fortunate to have enjoyed socializing and (over the years) a close friendship with Bev and Rufus. Bev had a way of instantly connecting with people..she drew you in and made you feel loved. Our fond memories of her include trips to the farm (kayaking, four wheeling, tubing), a memorable trip to upstate NY and Canada, countless walks on the beaches we visited, and cheering on the Wasps (Bev insisted on walking up many steps to sit in the Emory and Henry stands as late as this past fall). Nothing held her back from living in the moment despite cancer's limitations. Most important to her was her faith and all members of their (Rufus and Bev's) blended families of whom she often spoke with love and admiration. Our lives have
been enriched and blessed by her friendship.
She will be missed but never forgotten.

When we think of Beverly, we think of her beautiful smile and her eternal optimism. We were always anxious to see her, and she often stopped to visit on her way to visit Scott and family. She always had time to say hello, and give us a hug. Beverly will truly be missed by all who knew her.
