Beverly Jean White

Beverly Jean White, age 79, of Ionia, passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2026. Beverly was born on October 17, 1946, in Muskegon, MI the daughter of Gerald and Ella Mae (Ackerberg) Weaver.

Beverly loved her family. She enjoyed spending time with them and family gatherings. She liked going for drives along Lake Michigan, stopping for lunch along the way. She especially enjoyed her lake perch dinners at Whitlow's Forerunner in Fruitport. Beverly was a successful retail business owner in Punta Gorda and thrived in that fast-paced life. She also enjoyed being near the water in Florida and going to sporting events and concerts.

Beverly is survived by her children, Kelly Bush of Ionia, William (Tammy) Klootwyk of Florida, Ronald Klootwyk of Florida, brother, Steven Weaver of Virginia, sister, Karen (David) Locke of Muskegon, grandchildren, Brian (Kyla) Robeck, Elizabeth (Tony) Adrianse, Zachariah (Brooke) Robeck, Jarrod (Kourtnee) Robeck, Jacob Bush, Kelsey Bush, Danielle Bush, Jessica (Brad) Holt, Brittany Klootwyk, Ryan Klootwyk, Brady Klootwyk, Taylor (Mike) Parr, Savannah Klootwyk; great grandchildren, Jazmyn, Braxton, Cody, Tyler, McCoy, A.J., Maedok, Archer, Livia, Riley, Wade, Juniper, Delaney, Charles and Stevie.

She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, Gerald Weaver and Walter Ackerberg, and sister-in-law, Fran Weaver.

Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements in care of Lake Funeral Home of Ionia.
